Tourism Investment Process

Completely free service for tourism investors

Step 1:

In the first contact with Tourism Real Estate, the client expresses his interest in investing and sets out the requirements of the property in which he wishes to invest.

Step 2:

Tourism Real Estate selects and presents to the client the most suitable properties similar to his/her request, along with a brief summary of the characteristics of the tourist area where the property is located.

Step 3:

Once the property has been selected by the client, Tourism Real Estate begins the process of updating documents to provide the investor with an updated report on the legal and tax status of the property (Registration File, Cadastral Map, Tax Obligations and outstanding debts, if any).

Step 4:

Once the third step has been completed, Tourism Real Estate provides the investor with a second report regarding the viability of developing the tourism project on the selected property (Availability of the land use permit and environmental permit, availability of electricity, drinking water and road access to the property).

Step 5:

If the client requires financing for the investment, we put him/her in contact with our network of strategic partners for tourist investments (National Public and Private Banks with which we have cooperation agreements).

Step 6:

When the investor is ready to begin the pre-project process or development stage, we put him in contact with our network of strategic partners (national contractors who have the most experience in developing tourism projects in the area).
